Birth: Sep., 1877
Died - In Cheyenne, Wyoming, on Friday morning, March 19, 1880, of scarlet fever, Ruth Merwin, daughter of S.A., and E.L. Bristol, aged 2 years and 6 months.
Mr. and Mrs. Bristol have been residents of Cheyenne a number of years, and their large circle of friends deeply sympathize with them in this their first loss. Little Ruth was a remarkably interesting child, the pride of the family, and gave great promise of intellectual and moral development. The fond parents are bowed down with grief at the loss of one whom they had reason to hope would be a source of comfort to them in future years. In these hours of their great trial the hearts of many friends are pained by the sad intelligence of their domestic affliction.
